I don’t know where my mind has been this week, but the people demand Phil Steele and they will get their Phil Steele.  His “Strong as Steele” podcast seems to be MIA this season, and I’m not trying to get a cease and desist from Phil by posting paid content, so I’ll be posting the picks he makes on the ESPN Campus Conversation podcast along with any others he has publicly available.  I’ll be grading his official picks on ESPN Insider, so please note that these picks against the spread are from his Campus Conversation picks.  They are not official picks and are approximate picks with the current spread.
