As a drunk Joe Namath would say, I have been strugggelllinng lately (see this 1 minute in).  But as he would also say, I could care less.  I have been feeling under the weather for almost a week but not quite sick.  Probably allergies but I’m not really sure.  Been struggeling with online poker too this last week.  I’m up maybe $5 for the week which is waaaay below expectation.  Every draw they have gets there and I dont hit one ever.  I’ve been running so horrible but brutha, I ain’t down in this game.  I’m going to try and start tightening up a little bit because I might be playing too aggressive against these fish when it really adds so little to my winrate but increases the fluctuations so greatly.  Solid poker can easily win huge amounts (relative to stakes) at these baby limits.

Over the weekend I helped coach a little more Macarthur baseball on Saturday in Ft. Worth.  Those kids have gotten alot better than the first time I helped but they’re still not good.  Not much else has been going on.  Just poker, looking for work and nobody wants to hire me ever or even have the decency to call me when they say they will.  I didn’t get any picks up for NCAAF this last weekend but here was our betcard if anyone cares.  Mostly I’m doing it to track myself.

Pretty good weekend for sports betting.  Other than that it was still a good weekend.  I don’t remember doing anything Friday other than sitting around watching football.  Saturday we rounded up the troops (Taylor, Jake and EJ) and rolled to Tribeca; some bar/club in Dallas.  We met up with Dausha and some of her friends and dance-dance-danced the night away.  Many drinks were had and it was a good time.  I’ve been doing well online too.  I’m close to moving up fully to .25/.50; if things go well I will probably do it over the weekend.  Not much else new is going down.  I’m playing a ton more hands every day online and its pretty awesome 8 tabling.  I never thought I would enjoy it but its pretty simple.  I might be finding a job soon so I’ll let you know about that if something happens.

Haven’t updated in a while.  Been beating that ass at online poker all week (relative to stakes).  Been having alot of success at .25/.50 and I moved up to 5 tabling it today with 3 tables of the lower stakes.  Been beating it for 4.6BB/100 which is a little higher than my average of 3.14 (as of today).  I’m probably running a little good but I’ll take it.  However these monkeys at .25/.50 just seem so sorry.  I got called by 8 high the other day.  It was not good.

Also we’re riding Europe to win the Ryder Cup (-111) for 10U.  What looked like the lock of the century is off to a bad start since Europe is down 5.5 to 2.5.  Alot of golf left to be played so I’m not worried yet.
